The three course dessert degustation menu available at Lotus this Mother’s Day weekend – Mother’s Bleeding Heart, Heart Burst: Mamma’s Pride and Patience of a Chess Master.

Available from the 6th to 8th of May (Mother’s Day weekend), the dessert degustation will be available from the Lotus Galeries location offering a journey through amazing creations by Lotus’ Head Pastry Chef Tiffany Jones and Black Star Pastry’s Sam Yeo.

Beginning with a sample of Lotus’ signature hand-crafted dumplings and a sensationally popping passionfruit bubble palate cleanser, the three-course dessert menu covers every sweet craving you could have from coconut to chocolate, all with a signature Asian flare.

Worried your sweet tooth won’t be satiated? Each guest will receive a box of luxury Valrhona chocolates to take home, ensuring you can treat yo’self all weekend long!
