Turn Your Life Upside Down with Anti-Gravity Yoga at Four Seasons Resort Bali

The new anti-gravity yoga program at Four Seasons Resort Bali in Sayan offers relaxation and strengthening in a unique and fun 60 minute class.

Created by former gymnast and dancer Christopher Harrison, Anti-Gravity Yoga is a unique fitness and wellness routine using custom created hammocks to secure the body yet allow a revolutionary amount of flexibility and movement.

“Our guests come from all over the world to reboot and rejuvenate at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan. Our wellness programs coupled with the natural beauty of the Resort environment allow for true replenishment, both inside and out,”

Uday Rao, General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan.

The Anti-Gravity Yoga instructors at Four Seasons Resort Bali in Sayan are each trained personally by Christopher Harrison in the Four Seasons Maldives resort. 60-minute classes created to lengthen and strengthen the body start with basic confidence boosting positions, building into a full-body workout.

Suitable for all body types and ages, Anti-Gravity Yoga gives the sense of flying with stress-relieving positions both strengthening the core and extending the spine whilst encouraging blood flow.

The gorgeous, bamboo Dharma Shanti Yoga Bale sits alongside the sacred Ayung River. Officially opened in May of this year, the new space is available via a full schedule of health and wellness programs for both resort guests and visitors.
