Offering a 7 Steps of Calm guided meditation for those with zero meditation experience as well as guided and non-guided meditations at a range of lengths from 2 to 30 minutes it’s the perfect pocket pick-me-up for anyone wanting to rest and recharge.

For those looking for a little more support there’s also 50 premium guided meditations up for grabs focusing on areas like creativity, energy, sleep and confidence.

With Calm being refreshed and new content added monthly it’s so easy to add it as a regular part of your day.

Calm is available for both iOS and Android and is free for use with premium meditations available for in-app purchase.

        Oh nooooooo. I haven’t smashed a screen yet (I just touched everything wooden in the house in the hopes that it now doesn’t happen) but my phone is an extension of my hand and being without it would like having a body part amputated. I should probably do something about my phone addiction ha. Hope you get it back soon!
