We all know that the addition of a new member to the family often means a reduction in sleep on everyone else’s part especially mum and dad. Luckily Johnson’s new Bedtime app gives you the easy tools to increase that shut eye from day one.

With sleep deprivation listed repeatedly as the biggest challenge for new parents (new mum’s only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep and wake up 5 times a night on average!) anything that can help increase your shuteye needs to be given a try!

Johnson’s new Baby Bedtime App plans to do so by making it easier to follow their 3 Step Routine, a clinically proven bedtime checklist that promises to give both baby and parents an extra hour of sleep every night. It also includes a baby sleep tracker to see those results as you work through the program and downloadable lullabies to get them to snoozeville in the first place.

Really struggling? The app also gives access to the Tresillian Live Advice service, running from 5pm – 11pm Monday to Friday, helping parents through those tough hours.
