Goldwell’s Dale Delaporte complimented the strong and effortlessly chic SS15/16 collection by creating a volumnous low pony with plenty of texture and layering.
“It was important for this look to frame the face well, those front sections by the parting are directed into the face, just kissing the outer half of the brow, and then just as gently bend away to expose the cheekbones. The key to this look is subtlety.”
Kate McQuitty from Prema added her talent to the mix with colour, balayaging the ends in contrasting brown or blonde to add a rebellious finish to the otherwise chic do.
“The Aje brand and collection is all about femininity, with a range of beautiful pieces and many with some kind of embellishment… This (balayage) technique is keeping with the elegance of the range and not conveying some hard statement, thus the gentle and soft blend from one colour to the other and not a solid line or block colours.”
The gorgeous Aje collection was complimented with a soft coating of Essie’s Mademoiselle and a fresh face from Bobbi Brown.
