Fake tanned before bed thinking you’d wake up like Giselle but ended up looking more like Gertrude the Oompah Loompah? Don’t stress, here’s some quick and easy ways to get yourself back to normal!

Stuffed up ? Wondering how to fix a bad fake tan? Here’s a few ways to fix that fake tan faux pas and best of all a lot of the ingredients can be found in your home – meaning you won’t have to go out in public looking like that!

1. Baking Soda

Baking Soda fixes all. Grab a wet handtowel and pour some baking soda onto the material. Scrub scrub scrub away and watch the magic happen!

2. Baby Oil

Apply gentle baby oil to your skin and let it soak in for 10 minutes or so. This will lift off a lot of the colour and leave you with silky, soft skin to boot!

3. Lemon Juice

Rub some sliced lemon against your fake tan streaks to lift the colour. It will remove any blunder and leave you smelling citrus fresh!

4. Soap Scrub

When all else fails it’s time to work those hands with a good sugar scrub and exfoliating mitt. Try the baby oil and baking soda first though to at least get the worst off!
