1. Brush Morning & Night
Remove built up plaque and whiten with a good brush morning and night with a whitening toothpaste. Manual or electrical toothbrush, that’s your pick (I know Eivind can’t stand electric toothbrushes and I absolutely love them!) but it’s important to brush for at least 2 minutes a day (pop a song on and brush until it finishes to keep you occupied) and use short strokes on a 45 degree angle to your gums rather than long wide strokes that will damage your gums.
