Top Body Oils For You to Try

Body Oils are the perfect alternative for anyone that wants something quicker and more effective than a body moisturiser. They hydrate the skin and leave it supple and nourished. They can also, depending on the brand and the weight of the oil be used on the face, cuticles, hair, you name it. The perfect all round beauty product.

1. Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil – $50

The Nuxe Dry Oil is quickly becoming a cult favourite. French in origin, the Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil is sold every 6 seconds. Yep, we kid you not.

It’s super absorbant meaning it’s perfect for those mornings where you’re in a hurry to get out the door. Boasting an ultra-concentrated ingredients list of Macadamia, Hazelnut, Borage, Sweet Almond, Camellia and St John’s Wort, the Nuxe Dry Oil smells like an expensive French lady and packs a definite punch.

2. Go-To Skincare – Exceptionoil – $49.95

Exceptionoil smells amazing for a body oil, I blame it on the certified Monoi de Tahiti on that ingredients list. Like the Nuxe it can be used to to sooth you’re entire body. It’s 100% natural and perfect for anyone with sensitive skins.

Perfect for travelling it comes in a super easy to use, plane friendly tube and with it’s gorgeous fragrance everyone will be wondering who that babe in seat 37E is the whole way there.

3. Mecca Elixir Luxury – Body Oil – $95

The new Mecca Signature line has released it’s own body oil and it’s a pretty good one. The packaging is great, easy to use and drop-proof. It smells great and is definitely hydrating.

It isn’t sucked up by the skin as quickly as the exceptionoil or the Nuxe so it’s more of a night-time treat for me.

4. Milk & Co – Body Oil – $12.95

For anyone looking for a budget-friendly body oil the Milk & Co is definitely the pick. It combines plant extracts, vitamins and essential oils to nourish that skin and protect it.

It’s another lovely smelling oil, with a soft lavender scent that will leave you calm, stress-free and cared for.

Do you use a body oil? What’s your pick?

Body oils are so damn good! I especially love using them in winter before bed because my skin gets pretty dry. I use the Palmers one as a nice budget friendly option and the Nuxe dry oil for something a bit more luxurious. I need to try that Go-To one, I’ve been dying to try Zoe’s products and this body oil and maybe the lip balm are looking like good options!
