Brekkie Sorted: Three Williams in Redfern

by Madeleine Borgersen

Stoked that it’s the end of the week? Already making plans for a banging brekkie to sink your knife and fork into? We’ve found the place, Three Williams of Redfern.

Open seven days a week from 7am to 4pm, Three Williams in Redfern is the perfect spot for a catch up with friends, a meal out with family or hell, an amazing brekkie burger for one!

Offering a drool-worthy breakfast and lunch menu that will have you muttering “Yes, yes I’m going to have that, but oh, that looked good too!” at least five times before ordering, Three Williams is your new favourite spot for breakfast, lunch or coffee.

From the French Toast Brioche to Avocado Smashed with Spicy Beans, the menu offers something for everyone with Tim Bryan (formerly from Aria and Chiswick) adding that extra pop to make every menu item to die for.

Patient (yep I did get a bit flustered when choosing from such an impressive menu!), efficient and friendly staff, led by owner (former manager of The Grounds and Sonoma original) Glen Bowditch, takes Three Williams straight to our favourites list.

Situated perfectly next to Redfern park with parking just out the front, Three Williams offers everything you want in a perfect brekkie or lunch in a chic, industrial style building with plenty of room to cater for all of their fans.

With a liquor licence on the way, Three Williams has food, service and location in spades.

Three williams is the shiz! On Fridays, when I work in the office, I try and head there (because it actually backs on to my office door). The smoothies are seriously delicious! Highly recommend
