Friday Food Fix: Harry’s On The Beach, Bondi

by Madeleine Borgersen

There’s a new brekkie spot in Sydney’s Bondi and it’s a game changer. With an amazing, creative menu and one of the only spots in Sydney to serve the new Elixir coffee, it’s worth the trip!

The Cider Cured Ocean Trout – definitely worth writing home about, or in our case, instagramming!

Harry’s Bar & Dining sits in Wairoa Ave right next to Bondi’s famous beach. Owned by Harry Lambropoulos and his family for 15 years the newly renovated Harry’s has brought on partner Christopher Karvelas to incorporate Harry’s Kiosk and Harry’s Bar & Dining.

Raw timber seating, clean open tables and kitchen all bring lightness and ease to the space making it the perfect spot for a brekkie with friends.

The breakfast menu is a unique twist on favourites with organic and gluten free options a plenty. Their Quinoa and Fetta Fritters? Amazing! The Cider Cured Ocean Trout with Coddled Egg, Avocado, Cherry Tomato, Coriander and Lime – definitely worth writing home about, or in our case, instagramming!

Like to create your own brekkie concoction? A great list of add-on’s is your new best friend. The brekkie menu carries into lunch with additions like Alaskan Crab Sliders and Coorong Beef Burgers, perfect to share.

With plenty of room to wait for a morning coffee or takeaway bite before a beach walk or for a sit down feast with friends, Harry’s Kiosk caters for everyone

  1. Finding new breakfast spots is one of life’s little joys. Breakfast, and bacon, rule.
