Update that iPhone There’s New Emojis!

by Madeleine Borgersen

Apple has finally released it’s iOS 8.3 update to the masses today. You can download and install the update by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

Update that iPhone There’s New Emojis!

The new update includes several new features including fixes for WiFi/Bluetooth connections, car connections and screen rotation but what we’re all really excited about (and the reason we’re even updating at all!) is for new emojis!

With 300 new characters including faces with new skin tone options, same sex relationships and families, more national flags and a whole heap of new gadget related graphics to make your texts pop!

My personal favourites? The Jaundice Princess (definitely my new sign off when texting Dad!), moustache man’s new range of looks and of course, the Australian flag.

For a full list of inclusions in the 8.3 update head over to Apple’s site.

  1. I’m so glad they have released the update – my in-car bluetooth has been having a melt down on a regular basis trying to pair with my iPhone 6 so fingers crossed it fixes the issue and the new emojis are a bonus! x

  2. ah emojis, the thing i see as just squares most of the time 🙂 I am guessing you are an apple user, but do you know of any good emoji apps for android, i feel my instragam posts sadly lacking most of the time, when all i can do is a heart or a star .
